FATHER'S DAY

Happy Father's Day...only like a month late...no biggie!  HA!  Father's Day fell on a Sunday.  The Sunday after VBS which meant the service was their program.  So fun!  

Breakfast in bed complete with homemade biscuits and gravy.  

Okay, I know that I am biased, but my family is gorgeous!  I love this photo of Brian with the kids!  I need to blow it up and hang it on the wall...so purty!

I was able to catch some great photos of the kids.  The day was a beautiful one which made hanging outside intoxicating.  My camera was feeling it too!  I couldn't stop taking pictures!

Little Miss P's favorite thing is to pick flowers for me.  'Tis so sweet even when she pulls the whole flower out of the ground.  Yikes.  Be sure to zone in on how she presents the flower to me.  She does this every time without fail.  I love this girl!

Stay tuned...I plan on posting updates on basketball camps X 2, a carwash, vacation, my wrecks, baseball all-stars, everyday life, our anniversary, 80th birthday party, and 4th of July.  I need all summer to catch up on posting our life!  Whew and what a life it is!  For those of you that are still processing the word wrecks, please know that is correct.  That would be two within 24 hours!

DATE WITH DADDY/MOMMY Part 2

Not only do I have a great father, but so do my little munchkins.  We did our usual date night right before Father's Day.  I didn't get  pics of Brian out with Little Miss Peanut, but here are some photos of our night out with the kiddles.

DATE WITH DADDY to KINGS ISLAND!  This was a great night for them because Little Man is officially tall enough to ride some of the coasters outside of kiddie land.  LaRosa's pizza and blue ice cream made the night complete!
  

DATE WITH MOMMY took us to Frisch's Big Boy (her favorite) and to get our nails done.  

I really need to get Brian to start carrying a camera on his date, so I can get a more detailed description of the order of events.  

Simple as That...

You may be wondering what we have been doing! Well, VBS mania (more to come...crazy busy) and celebrating a very laid back Father's Day! I had good intentions of sitting myself down and completing a little tribute to Brian and our fathers. Instead we took the time to enjoy a simple Father's Day complete with cinnamon rolls, church (VBS program), serving lunch up in our very own "Best Daddy Ever" restaurant, golf, more eating, and a camp out! Sounds crazy, but it was all very laid back and fun!
The one thing that I really have to share is about the cards we selected this year! The kids and I set out to find the perfect cards and were able to do just that with Peanut only trying to jump ship (cart) once!
