Florida: Just a Dream 2011

So, Little Miss made this little shower her home.  Every time we turned around, she could be found standing in the shower.

Little Man was all over the tricks in the pool...

Little Miss is totally killing me in this photo!

So Nelly was performing near our condo.  Don't think that Brian and I didn't jump out just to get a photo of him.  It is exciting to see a famous person, not matter who it might be.  Little Man freaked out on us...he thought we were doing something wrong and were going to get throw in jail.  Pretty funny to see us old kids in the middle of the teenagers.  Several groupies were dressed as if he had already sang his song, Its Gettin' Hot in Here!  Very entertaining.

This would be my photo of Nelly.  If you look really closely, you may be able to see his leg.  This cop got right in my way!  Ugh!

Precious baby girl fell asleep in the Cabana.

We took a pirate ship tour.  It turned out to be a great time for the kids!

June Came Rushing In

June proved to be yet another busy month!  That came rushing in with all of the rain that we were still having in June.  Seriously, do you know how hard it was for me to get somewhat of a tan before we went to the beach at the end of June?

Summer Basketball Camp...the cutie with the white shorts is my hubby.
Funny thing happened on one of the days of basketball camp...a little guy pulled the fire alarm!  AHHH!  That meant everybody had to exit the building.

Going to summer basketball games to watch Brian's players was a blast!   Not sure if those boys know how much we ALL love them!

Just cute...what can I say?  Had to throw this in!

More baseball!

AND MORE baseball...look at the body language on this one.  I cannot tell you how this breaks my heart.  He forgot to tag up with a fly ball.  He was out...daddy giving some comfort and constructive criticism!
Hoop it Up in Cincy!  Brian got connected with the owner of Hoop it UP and was asked to help run  this tourney.  He invested quite a bit of time setting up and cleaning up.  Our family went down the day of the event to help run the sponsor booths!  I loved it. Who am I kidding?  We all loved it!   A beautiful day...the first one in a while!

Boys judging the dunk contest!

Miss Lauren...another one of our favorite people...she is gorgeous inside and out!

This was my sponsor station.  I think I may have let our high school players up there to play!  Oops...couldn't resist!
Vacation Bible School Fun!

More Vacation Bible School Fun!

Other things that went down in June...
~Brian went to Team Camp with his players in Michigan
~All Star Tournaments...we have 1 more and I will do a post on just that!
~Vacation to Florida
~Vacation to Oklahoma to see my family!

I will be back tomorrow with more on our trips, but for now I am going to go lay by the pool and celebrate my anniversary!  Brian and I have been married for 11 years today!  Good times, great oldies!

May Flowered Lots of Endless Fun

Little Man and Little Miss E scored Student of the Month in May.  We celebrated at Red Robin!  Yummo!

Little Man ending his gymnastic classes.  He ALMOST has his backhand spring.

Little Miss Priss got her first official manicure for our Mommy/Daughter date!

Take me out to the ballgame!  Starting in May continuing to now we have been on the baseball field a good majority of the week!  Little Miss poses with 2 of her favorite high school girlies on our baseball opening day!  We just love them!

Little Miss's first year playing tee ball.  I got to be her coach.  So mad because I don't have a pic of her and I together in our shirts!

Little Man plays 2nd base.  What a successful year!  They won the end of the year championship and he is playing in the all-stars!

Mother's Day!  They look thrilled to take a pic with me, huh?
Brian and the kids cooked me breakfast...told you that waffle maker was going to be in serious use!  Things to check out in this photo...how cute are Little Miss's PJ...she picked them out herself.  Things NOT to look at...our darn table/chairs and my bed mug/hair glaring at you!

I got to go with Miss Priss to on her field trip to a local farm.

Did I mention that she and her little friend worked together to make  at least 2 outs the whole year?  Outs in this league is unusual!  Not bragging at all!

Little Man's artwork was featured at the district's art fair.

As a kid, I used to LOVE to do Spin Art.  This brought back great memories of my own childhood at Whitman Elementary in Mesa, Arizona.

Daddy was actually in a panic because he was worried we would be late for his game.  Little Man seems relaxed, right?

Riding our bike home for the last day of school!  His buddy, Little Miss E, is right there with him!  I seriously love that girl like she is my own!

Getting ready to perform at her dance recital.  No the song was not "Genie in a Bottle" by Christina Aguilera.  :)  Check out Jill's muscle in the background...that girl knows how to work out!

Getting ready to do their thing!

Cutest penguins you will ever see!

Friends!  Good friends!

Strike a Pose!

Poppy and Nonny made the trip to see baseball games and dance recitals!

Brian's parents were there to support too!

South Carolina 2010

I am all about the memories.  I love making and rehashing them over and over.  The rehash part is one of my brother's personal favorite.  My fondest memories always include my family.  During the summer, we got to visit my family in South Carolina and Colorado all in two weeks.  That's right, people, we went cross country and loved every bit of it.

Our trip to South Carolina wasn't short on memories, but for some reason I didn't take as many photos as I usually do.  I am chalking it up to the fact that I really just tried to relax and enjoy the moments.
Totally my theme this summer!

YES THAT IS ME...sliding down the slide backwards...YES I AM A TEACHER AND SHOULD BE PROMOTING SLIDE SAFETY!  My dad went down the slide too!  So much fun.  We can always count on Allen to up the fun factor every trip.  We had the pool set up too!

Um, can you say precious?

THANK YOU for a great trip.  We love you guys so much!
